Ellie is wonderful. Incredibly friendly & welcoming. She made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the experience. She gave me a wonderful head massage. I asked some questions about hair colouring for the possible future and she was so informative and educated on it. She’s a fantastic member to have in your team. Will be returning to see her again after Christmas! Also, the salon smells amazing and has fabulous coffee!! Happy customer here 🤗

I had my hair coloured for the very first time ever, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Casa Luxe. From start to finish, the experience was immersive, welcoming, and truly high quality. Gabriela was extremely helpful throughout the entire colouring process - especially as I am colourblind - and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with every decision. Her talent, passion, and depth of knowledge are immediately clear, and they absolutely show in the final result. I’m beyond pleased with how my hair turned out and couldn’t recommend Gabriela or Casa Luxe highly enough to anyone considering getting their hair coloured for the first time (or ever).
